Safe Hands Transfers: The Timeshare Solution.

Are you one of those timeshare owners who are not satisfied with their timeshare properties anymore? If you are reading this, then it’s a safe bet you are.

There is no doubt that timeshare gives benefits to titleholders. However, the number of timeshare owners who become dissatisfied with their properties keeps on increasing, due to various factors that affect their budget and schedule.

From maintenance fees, taxes, and charges that they are bound to pay even though they are not using their timeshare properties, even up to reality that week exchanging is not easy as often touted in the brochures, timeshare properties sadly become a load to every owner. Some timeshare memberships offers vacation exchange programs wherein timeshare owners can visit and stay in other sister resorts of the timeshare company where they had their membership, but this program is actually losing its appeal since it also requires additional payment.

The timeshare industry has changed and sadly, the transformation didn’t bode well for its most important members: the owners. And ever since the market collapse, title or property holders found that their assets are not valueless: even charities refuse to accept them. And although some timeshare clubs have started to adapt by changing their systems and policies, some timeshare owners find it hard to cope with these changes especially since maintenance fees continue to rise and other charges start to appear in receipts.

Our Ongoing Mission: A Safe Hands Transfers Story

As a representative for Safe Hands Transfers, I have come into contact with thousands of timeshare owners week after week. I have found there are many different reasons why these people want or need to get out of their timeshare contract. In the end, it all leads to the same problem. That simply is, a timeshare contract that never ends.

One of my unforgettable cases was a single mother who owned a timeshare. She originally purchased her vacation because she thought that it would be a great idea for her and her young children to spend time together away from home with a low cost option. She enjoyed the timeshare at first; as with most owners however, things began to change.

It actually turned out that she barely had time to use it, as many things crop up to interfere with her vacation time. Not only was she fed up with the resort itself, but the exchange membership that she had been working with went back on their word, with new “policy changes”, which made it more difficult to use their vacation program. Furthermore, she received an unexpected special assessment from the resort. And all the while, the maintenance fees kept increasing. She was financially in deep with her resort, as she had no choice to get out and. As a young mother, she found it impossible to pay the bills while supporting her family. As such, she was forced to find a way out of the contract.

After contacting Safe Hands Transfers, I was able to immediately talk with her about her timeshare situation. It was evident that she needed guidance and to be educated regarding the current timeshare market, lack of exclusivity, etc. It was also apparent that the single mother’s level of trust had diminished failing to find a solution and initially my company, Safe Hands Transfers, was no exception.

She came to the company not knowing what to expect as she had been taken advantage of countless times by popular scams across the country. However, as I had the privilege of walking her through the simple steps of the transfer program, she began to really see the light at the end of the tunnel where she would be financially and legally relieved of the perpetual agreement once and for all.

Several years back when she had purchased the timeshare, it had seemed like a great option to her where she could lock in convenient vacations that were cost effective for the time being. I was fortunate to provide her with the truthful resources regarding how the timeshare industry itself had changed. By introducing Safe Hands Transfer’s program, this truly made financial sense to her as I had the opportunity to walk her through the process.

After meeting with her and hearing of all the troubles over time that she dealt with finding a way out of her timeshare contract, I found right away that Safe Hands Transfers had been a breath of fresh air as my company was able to finally provide her with a solution like so many of our satisfied (and now free) customers.

Safe Hands Transfers: Our Anti-Scam Beginnings

When I first started in this business, I immediately experienced the sort of scams plaguing the timeshare industry. It was during my first weekend, while I was handling a Pueblo Bonito timeshare membership being transferred. I asked the girl at the front desk to make several copies of the contract, when she said “Oh, that is a great resort.” I asked if she owned a timeshare, to which she replied “Oh no, my boyfriend and I just went online, and we rented a place for fifty bucks a night.” At that moment, I realized I was in a much-needed industry. People don’t really need timeshares, and they are getting scammed big time.

In the years since, I have seen countless such cases of owners being ripped off. All the customers that come to Safe Hands Transfers are hesitant, and understandably so; they have been duped by their timeshare company, listing companies, and in some cases even by other owners and lawyers who gave bad advice. So when these people come to me, I pay close attention to what THEY tell me.

A few days ago, I met a man from Columbia who was encumbered with $6,300 in annual fees. He had accumulated over a million points, and yet he couldn’t use them due to his emphysema which restricted his travel. As such, he was paying over $500 per month for something he couldn’t use, or even get rid of. In frustration, he looked us up on the Better Business Bureau website. He did his own rental market research apart from the BBB rating, and that’s how I found myself speaking to him.

Based on his own computation, he found that he would be overpaying his vacation if he used up every point he acquired, instead of just renting a vacation condo through Expedia, Orbitz, or any number of internet travel sites. More importantly, by browsing sites such as eBay, he found out his resort had an equivalent batch of points for less than $5… and it had no bids, even at that amount. As such, he personally worked out that his timeshare was valueless to him, and to the impersonal forces of the free market economy.

Through the years, I have met people who have done their homework. Thanks to them, the matter has been brought to the higher authorities, through complaints to Senators, state Attorney Generals and the Federal Trade Commission. Intelligent and educated people now agree that there is no reason to own a timeshare. And purchasing a timeshare today means shelling out money for an expensive lie.

Whether people own a timeshare in Mexico that has a real expiration date, or a perpetual contract with Ultimate Escapes or BlueGreen, they need not be burdened anymore. Safe Hands Transfers has been helping hundreds of timeshare owners every week, thousands every month!

Every single timeshare owner that goes to Safe Hands Transfers, LLC is encouraged to first do their due diligence. We are there to help and to guide. Safe Hands Transfers: A New Beginning for Timeshare Owners

One of the biggest problems that timeshare owners face is the fact that they are locked in to the contracts for the rest of their lives. The term “perpetuity” is a term that is often used in the timeshare industry. Perpetuity means perpetual or continual, or put another way: forever.

And if this is not bad enough, even when the original owners pass away, the contract does not end. The contract is then passed on to their estate and eventually their heirs become the unlucky owners of a timeshare that they did not purchase nor want. Now the heirs have the responsibility of paying the ever increasing annual maintenance fees and special assessments that are the main reason that owners want out. Sadly enough, these timeshare contracts are ironclad contracts that have and will continue to hold the timeshare owners in bondage. There is virtually no way out of these timeshare contracts.

Timeshare owners have been deceived at every turn by timeshare companies. How many prospective buyers were sold on the concept that purchasing a binding contract is a great investment? Among the supposed “rewards” are a low vacation price that will never go up; assurance of a readily maintained vacation property; and eliminating the usual hassle and bustle that comes with reserving and planning. And let us not forget the investment of wonderful family memories that are simply priceless! Wow! Talk about a hardcore sales strategy. How can a perspective timeshare owner say no to all of that?

On average, timeshare maintenance fees are increasing 15% annually. If you factor that by another 10 years, these fees can be life-changing, especially for elderly owners who are on fixed incomes and find themselves not utilizing their timeshares as much as they used to when they were younger. Timeshare owners are also realizing that now that their children are grown and out on their own, they don’t enjoy their timeshare as much as they used to. Factor in the cost of air travel and time off from work to go to the timeshare, and it becomes a real financial issue. Most people will go on holiday for 4 days on average, not seven. In the current economic climate, it is more and more difficult to justify taking time off and then pay $1,000 in maintenance fees, and another $2000 in special assessment fees, for something we would rather not be using.

The timeshare owner purchased the use of the timeshare resort, not the property itself. Usage has no intrinsic value, but merely enjoyment value. Yet that was one of the concepts being sold during the timeshare sales presentation. Don’t get me wrong. There is considerable value in the memories that are made on family vacations. Yet it is misleading to make the leap to a financial investment gain. It is indeed an investment, just not an investment that will pay off someday. That is why it is more accurate to say that in monetary terms, it is a liability and NOT an investment.

There is hope though! A company called Safe Hands Transfers is helping owners from all 50 states as well as Canada find solutions to the timeshare misconception. Safe Hands Transfers is a company that is willing travel to meet with timeshare owners, and discuss face-to-face what solution works best. There are no hidden fees and no shady deals. This is really the only option for timeshare owners to get out of that mistake called timeshare.

Safe Hands Transfers Offers Quick Remedy to Timeshare Problems

Timeshare is a piece of property owned by multiple persons who each gets a right to use the property for some time every year. This idea of owning a piece of paradise on earth might sound appealing to all. But what if your personal paradise turns out to be the equivalent of a vacation hell? Timesharing might be a good concept in theory. But in reality, the industry is filled with unreasonable customs and practices that make it difficult for most people to even try and think about entering the trade. Additionally, timeshare costs are very high when you think about the fact that you only get to use the property once a year.

Timeshare is a unique industry with unique properties that do not always speak necessity. Being a luxury business, the industry has a very limited number of potential leads. Coupled with today’s depress economy, timeshare sellers have been forced to use deceptive tactics to meet sales quotas. Although undeniably effective, the hard-sell approaches these agents employ are highly unethical and cause major frustrations to thousands of families all over the world. Tricking people to stay for the entirety of their pitch by leading them to believe that they’ll be winning something valuable if they hang about and letting out offensive statements are only some of the most common tricks agents and brokers employ to force people to purchase units.

In addition to rude and pushy sellers, the timeshare industry is also packed with bogus sellers who offer the best deals in the planet. Equipped with these amazingly low offers and a very persuasive tongue, these scammers can make even the most-educated person buy timeshare units that are either non-existent or not up on the market. Taking advantage of the fact that most timeshares are located thousands of miles away from their supposed owners’ home, these con artists can even provide their victims with papers that prove their and their offers’ authenticity.

In addition to non-existing properties, the timeshare industry is also packed with resorts that fall short in providing owners with what they signed-up for. Owners made to believe that their resort was a piece of heaven on earth find out later that they’re resort houses poor amenities and dishes worse services. In other words, these facilities that look like havens for relaxation on their glossy brochures but in reality has unkempt units and has personnel that don’t speak any English. However depressing the situation, it does not entitle you an exit from your contractual obligations, which include paying the annual fees and any other additional service charge.

Another timeshare ownership disadvantage is usage. Years ago, owning a timeshare means entering an exclusive society filled with special perks and privileges. These days, even non-owners are granted entry to these originally “exclusive” resorts via renting programs. This means, renters can now enjoy the luxury of timeshare resorts without having to pay ownership fees. In addition to this, renters are usually given priority because the cash they pay provide instant income for the resort. This problem has triggered countless timeshare owners to voice out their grievances and negative feedbacks via the BBB, various complaint boards, scam warning websites, fraud alerts from state attorney generals and discussion forums all across the web.

If you’re a timeshare owner dying to get out of your unwanted contractual obligations without being scammed then Safe Hands Transfers is the answer you’ve been waiting for. A solid company that has an A rating by the BBB (Better Business Bureau), Safe Hands Transfers offers a quick, stress-free and guaranteed exit solution from your timeshare troubles.
